No L‘s always uses DVSA Approved Driving Instructors

No L‘s cannot be held responsible for test availability or cancellations made by DVSA, or any other unforeseen circumstances

Pupils must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons or tests

No L‘s requires four weeks notice for any cancellations for intensive courses for any refund to be given

There will be no weekend training on 10 day intensive courses, unless agreed by instructor in advance

No L‘s requires 24 hours notice for cancelling driving lessons or lesson may be charged for.

No L‘s reserves the right to not refund unused hours on intensive course if not used within 21 days of end of intensive course and is not transferrable to another person..

When booking a block of lessons these must be used within 3 months (12 weeks) and non used hours are non refundable.

Block Lessons cannot be used as alternative to an intensive course or hours used on pre test or test.​​

All pupils must have reached a suitable safe standard of driving before taking test. This is in the interest of the pupil, the examiner and the general public and is a precautionary measure. The instructors decision is final. DVSA and No L‘s do NOT allow pupils to take their driving test just for the experience.
